Hand 1. I have always been fascinated by how light transforms or conflicts with darkness. Abstraction has been a natural artistic inclination. A common object or person can become a unique compelling form. |

Hands 2. Technology can be a valuable asset to create and build or be terribly destructive. Computers have enhanced our lives but at the same time made us more separate by e-mail and cell phones instead of face to face contact. These pieces show the gradual degradation of becoming more technological, more separate, less human. |
