Hands. Exhibited in 2 galleries in Atlanta.  These hands seem very alive.  Full of an inner spirit or energy.
Hands and nature.  A large portion of my work is based on the symbiosis between man and nature.  Each are dependent on the other.
For good or bad.
Being a good steward is important.
Hands and nature 2.  Nature and man are symbiotic but man dominates for now.  Eventually, nature will be a casualty.  The gradual destruction of nature is evident in the torn tree limbs interpreted in collage.
Hand 1.  I have always been fascinated by how light transforms or conflicts with darkness.  Abstraction has been a natural artistic inclination.  A common object or person can become a unique compelling form.
Hands 2.  Technology can be a valuable asset to create and build or be terribly destructive.  Computers have enhanced our lives but at the same time made us more separate by e-mail and cell phones instead of face to face contact.  These pieces show the gradual degradation of becoming more technological, more separate, less human.
